Senior UX/UI Designer | Founder
Xfiner
- Designed the award-winning project for Aalto University, ranking 6th in the world in Art & Design and 4th in Europe. The project won Silver at the European Design Awards ceremony and Gold at the Golden Egg design contest.
- Held seven online training sessions for the Grow with Google series in Estonia. Taught thousands of people in web design and eCommerce.
- Designed a new eCommerce website for the Tavex Group (UI/UX), Northern Europe's leading bullion and Forex dealer. The project had more than 500 screens. Tavex sells more than 4,000 kilos of gold and services to 1.4 million customers annually.
- Crafted the design of a new eCommerce website for KAFO, the leading coffee retailer in the Baltic States. KAFO has been on the market for more than two decades and is a market leader. The project won several design awards from Germany and Estonia.
- Created a new brand and a website for Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation and aided them in their charitable work—helping more than 700,000 people in need today.
- Designed several products purely based on an Excel sheet from customers. The products include a colossal insurance software and inspection app and super niche lab software for San Francisco's lab specialists.
- Developed the UX experience for a financial and banking Android app called SPENN to improve their UX and user happiness.
- Ran a team of over 20 professionals in design and development and managed projects, small and big.

Funlyzer
- Developed the business and designed the mobile application called Funlyzer (a gamification platform that builds engagement in shopping malls). Funlyzer uses mobile and iBeacon technology to gamify the retail experience and to engage customers in-store and beyond.
- Designed the mobile application for iOS and Android.
- Helped to launch a mobile application that works with iBeacons, one of the first in Estonia.
- Launched four gamification campaigns for Estonia’s biggest shopping malls (Lõunakeskus, Viru Keskus, Norde Centrum, Port Artur).
- Took care of product management and web design.
- Managed social media campaigns on Facebook for shopping malls.

- Offered digital marketing services and web design for small businesses. The company progressed in time and in 2014, I changed the company’s name to Bit Finer and began to focus on custom and conversion optimized design related to eCommerce.
