Stubhub - Viagogo
- Designed a production pipeline for auto rendering at scale and with consistently high-quality images of stadium seats for ticket sales. I used 3ds Max and Unity to automate the process and set up cloud rendering. I also created the documentation for it.
- Coded scripts using C#, Python, and Max Script to automate manual processes and increase efficiency. Some of the scripts included automatic seat and camera placements, cloud rendering setup and naming, and parametric event stage generation.
- Created scripts to automatically generate detailed 3D stages, with props and varied sizes, as well as the areas that were populated with standing or seated people. Crowd generation and positioning was also added.
- Created and optimized the 3D assets for viewing the venues and seat views in the browser, with live interaction, using WebGL and ThreeJS library.
- Audited the 3D assets that came from several 3D vendors, optimized and prepped them to be introduced into our production pipeline.
- Created detailed technical documentation for the entire pipeline process, including setup, onboarding, and the entire production workflow, step-by-step, to be used to train new hires or continue enhancing the product.

Million Dollar - NFT Real Estate Startup
- Designed the story, UX, and UI of a 3D interactive landing page for an NFT startup in the real estate industry. My role included discovery sessions with the stakeholders and board members, wireframes, design, and prototypes.
- Audited the startup's initial website and made enhancement recommendations. It was a comprehensive UX and UI audit that was analyzed through a series of categories, including interface, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Developed the website and the 3D interactive area with 3D assets and animation. For 3D interaction, I used Spline, and the website was developed in Webflow for mobile and desktop.
- Handled the creation of 3D assets, including 3D modeling, texturing, rendering with 3ds Max and Vray, and animation. I also optimized the browser for loading and interaction and provided consulting regarding 3D development.

- Designed Oracle's Celebrate product, its HCM recognition and awards platform. In this process, I led design thinking and discovery sessions with stakeholders, influenced product design, and shaped the end-to-end product experience.
