Toptal communicated quickly, the portal is very easy to use and the expert we have been paired with has been great. He is getting the job done well, very professional and communicating great. We are currently working on integrations between Shopify, Salesforce and Dear Inventory and it has been very smooth. Previously we had worked with agencies who always wanted to offer out of the box solutions, or no solutions, which resulted in little to no work being completed properly and lots of compromises.
