GoGain is a B2B2C health and fitness platform that I designed, built, and operated end-to-end. It combines a React Native (Expo) mobile app for iOS and Android, a React administration dashboard, a Node.js/Express and Prisma API on PostgreSQL, and a Python AI service, deployed on Azure Container Apps and Vercel.

Members follow personalized training programs, track nutrition, use guided meditation, and talk to an AI coach by voice. The app reads activity, sleep, and heart-rate data from Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect to measure progress and drive community challenges. Corporate clients, including hotel groups such as Park Hyatt and InterContinental, manage seat-based licenses, schedule on-site wellness sessions for their guests and staff, and follow attendance from the dashboard.

I am the sole engineer across the six repositories: product and data architecture, mobile and web development, API and AI services, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and security. Recent milestones include migrating a legacy 3rd-party booking platform into GoGain with no downtime and no data loss, moving all media to Azure Blob Storage, and upgrading the mobile app to meet new Google Play platform requirements.

Taitor is an AI-powered mathematics platform for schools and families. Students work problems by hand on a digital whiteboard; the system reads their handwriting in real time, follows the reasoning line by line, and responds like an examiner, pinpointing exactly where a method breaks down, offering a hint rather than the answer, and marking against authentic assessment criteria.

It spans IB, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, and MYP, drawing on a vetted bank of around 2,900 curriculum-mapped questions with official mark schemes and diagrams. Difficulty is adapted per student based on demonstrated mastery and recurring error patterns. Schools get a complete workspace: staff assemble units and study material, issue work to classes, present it live on a classroom board, and read class-wide mastery heat maps showing where a group is struggling. Parents can track their child's progress through a dedicated portal.

The platform is built on Next.js and React, with Python services, PostgreSQL, and Azure infrastructure, and runs as a multi-tenant service for schools while remaining fully usable by individual families.

SkyOps was a multi-cloud cost management SaaS platform I founded and led as Cloud Solutions Architect, providing enterprises with unified visibility and cost optimization across Azure, AWS, and GCP. I architected and built the platform end-to-end and led a team of 3 engineers through design, development, and go-to-market.

The back end (Node.js/Express) ingested and normalized billing data from Azure Cost Management + Consumption APIs, AWS Cost Explorer/CUR, and GCP Billing, reconciling three incompatible cost models (resource tags, SKUs, and currencies) into a single schema. It surfaced rightsizing recommendations, idle resource detection, reserved instance/savings plan coverage gaps, and budget anomaly alerts. The React front end delivered interactive cost-allocation dashboards (by team, project, and tag) and drill-down reporting for FinOps and engineering stakeholders.

I ran SkyOps as a real product — pricing, onboarding, and pilot customers — validating multi-cloud FinOps as a market before eventually folding the learnings into later enterprise FinOps engagements (Santander, Cargolux).
