A unified commerce and wellness platform combining multi-vendor eCommerce with facilities, events, practitioners, and community experiences.

As a founding engineer, I architected and developed the back end using Medusa, implementing vendor management, RBAC, payments, inventory, analytics, affiliate systems, and payout workflows. I integrated Stripe and third-party commerce services while designing scalable APIs and data models for vendors, administrators, and customers. I also led technical decisions, code reviews, and cross-functional development to deliver a scalable commerce ecosystem.

A cross-platform React Native application that extends the Meuraki marketplace into a complete mobile vendor and POS experience. As a founding engineer, I built the application from scratch and connected it to the Medusa-powered marketplace back end. I implemented vendor dashboards, RBAC, order management, analytics, payouts, barcode scanning, Stripe Tap-to-Pay, NFC payments, invoice generation, printing, and offline POS capabilities. I also focused on reliable synchronization between the mobile application and back end while handling real-world POS edge cases such as interrupted NFC transactions and printer connectivity.

A digital commerce platform that enables convenience stores and small retailers to operate their own branded online storefronts while integrating with Lula Hub.

As a lead engineer, I architected and developed the platform with a focus on resilient integrations, multi-tenant architecture, and independent vendor operations. I implemented real-time synchronization through webhooks and integrated Stripe, Finix, Numeral, Uber, Google Maps, Radar, Firebase, Twilio, and Persona for payments, taxation, delivery, geofencing, authentication, and identity verification. I also led the development team and worked directly with technical leadership to align architecture with business requirements.

Lula Commerce transitioned from multiple single-tenant Medusa deployments to a unified, multi-tenant architecture with a shared back end.

As a lead engineer, I designed the architecture around a store entity, with isolated product, order, customer, inventory, shipping, promotion, and sales-channel entities. I implemented RBAC for super administrators and vendor administrators, developed middleware for tenant-aware API access, and led the migration of existing production data into the new architecture. I also designed fault-tolerant mechanisms, including load balancing, error recovery, monitoring, and caching, to improve reliability while reducing the operational overhead of maintaining separate deployments.

A marketplace for buying and selling heavy construction machinery, supporting business and individual buyers and sellers.

As a founding engineer, I focused on the back-end architecture using Medusa and built core infrastructure for user management, listings, transactions, dashboards, and marketplace workflows. I implemented social authentication, email verification, KYC/KYB verification, role-based profile management, buyer and seller dashboards, listing management, comparison tools, and transactional flows, including purchases, offers, reserve-now-pay-later, and escrow-style payments.

I also integrated payment and verification services into the back end to enable secure multi-role access and scalable marketplace operations.

A luxury niche perfumery eCommerce platform serving customers across Serbia and Montenegro, featuring curated fragrances from 25 sought-after perfume houses.

As a Medusa engineer, I transitioned the back end to Medusa while preserving the existing front end and integrating product, order, customer, and checkout functionality. I implemented custom bank transfer and cash-on-delivery payment methods, built multilingual support for Serbian/Montenegrin and English, and developed localization for product content, UI elements, and emails. I also optimized multilingual SEO, integrated the platform with AWS, and ensured reliable communication between the existing front end and the new commerce back end.

A budgeting and cost-of-living platform built for people starting independent life in Pakistan, particularly newlyweds and individuals moving away from home. I designed and developed the platform around a practical problem: understanding the real cost of living in different Pakistani cities.

The application helps users estimate recurring household expenses while incorporating real-world pricing data and community contributions. I also built the product around an anonymous contribution model, allowing users to submit receipts and local prices to improve the dataset's usefulness.
