Dashboards for Delivery Hero (via Toptal)
As part of a Toptal engagement with Delivery Hero—one of the world’s largest food delivery enterprises—I developed a suite of interactive data visualization dashboards to provide business and engineering teams with actionable insights. These dashboards offered visibility into technology costs, order losses, performance, and integration health across multiple regions.
I architected scalable front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind UI, with a focus on clarity, performance, and maintainability. I implemented dynamic charting and tabular layouts powered by Looker and Looker Studio, ensuring consistent design, responsive layouts, and unified color coding.
I also developed features for automated XLSX ingestion, real-time data updates, and advanced filtering, enabling stakeholders to analyze key metrics efficiently. Additionally, I supported back-end optimization and DevOps workflows to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.
These dashboards became a core tool in Delivery Hero’s decision-making process, reducing reporting time and improving global operational visibility.
TECHNOLOGIES
React, TypeScript, Tailwind UI, Looker, Looker Studio, Shadcn, XLSX processing, DevOps, data visualization.
