Experience
Corporate Domain and Email Service Migration
The business's rebranding process required registering a new routable domain and migrating all internal services to this new domain, including email services and instant messaging communication tools.
I was the lead architect on the project and was in charge of carefully migrating all the services from the extinct sterlingbankng.com to the new sterling.ng without impacting the customer experience. It involved designing a plan for the coexistence of both domains during the migration process and monitoring the whole procedure to ensure the customer experience was not affected.

Migration of Exchange Server 2013 to Office 365
This project involved the implementation of Office 365 using a routable domain name and the migration of over 25,000 mailboxes to Office 365. The implementation was hybrid, and security was implemented to ensure all traffic was filtered for vulnerabilities before being forwarded to the appropriate endpoints on-premise and cloud.
The aim was to minimize cost and service several business units that have their custom domains. The project included successive integration of over 12 custom domains, enabling users to receive emails in their custom email addresses using the same license.

Design the Migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
The project involved the design and integration of GWS with Microsoft 365 and the subsequent migration of mailboxes from Gmail to Microsoft 365. This project was done in a consultation capacity with a company in France between January 2022 and March 2022.
Design Upgrade from Exchange Server 2013 to Exchange Server 2016
The project was done to create a deployment setup for the upgrade of the on-premises Exchange Server 2013, with three exchange roles being used for DSE mailboxes to Exchange Server 2016. The project resulted in no downtime in setting up the service, migrating mailboxes across the databases in the different servers, and communicating with mailboxes in Office 365 and the Internet.
Mailbox Migration from Zoho to Google Workspace
A mailbox migration from an IMAP-based system. I consolidated the client's subscription on Google Workspace and migrated all users' mailboxes from the IMAP-based Zoho platform to Google Workspace. I then configured all security settings for the new mail system, including digital signatures for email authentication
Deploy Azure Virtual Desktop with FSLogix
I deployed a fully functional Azure Virtual Desktop that persists profiles using FSLogix. The project involved deploying multiple session hosts using a custom image that includes M365 and other custom applications in a host pool, while persisting user profiles through FSLogix configured with a domain-joined file share. This project saves the organization thousands of dollars each month on infrastructure purchases.
