Set the precedence by surfacing the depth and breadth of information around the refinery's 20,000+ programmable logic controllers and sensors unlike anything before.

The command center can drill down recursively to one of the 20,000 assets effortlessly, enabling accessibility of all information around each asset, including:

• Near-real-time sensor data from Historian
• P1, P2, or P3 work order data from SAP
• Punch card data of all operators who've worked on the asset
• Asset bills of materials status
• Vendor requisition data through SAP Procurement

A bonus feature of ML-modeled asset maintenance tactics recommendations was later added, completing the asset health profile.

Utilities in California, including Southern California Edison (LA and Orange), Pacific Gas & Electric (SFO and Bay Area), and San Diego Gas & Electric (San Diego), are all using Palantir Foundry for their CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) mandated Wildfire Mitigation Program (WMP) and Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) programs.

As part of the deliverable, we built a massive enterprise scale workflow in a scale of dozens of workshops and dashboards, bringing in petabytes worth of data and performing highly complex high-speed incremental data transformations, resulting in dozens of workshops or dashboards as the end product that together forms the PSPS and WMP program execution.
