A utilities company deploying a new SAP S/4HANA ERP and a complete redesign of internal processes required a centrally managed library that linked its process architecture with its application and data architectures.

I was instrumental in creating this using SAP Signavio for process analysis and SAP LeanIX for application landscape mapping. The outcome was increased visibility into ways of working that directly contributed to program success.

A chemical manufacturing company carved out of a larger enterprise was facing the challenge of defining its new business model across the idea-to-market and record-to-report processes.

I held multiple workshops with SMEs to create an initial process architecture that fit in with their new strategy of standardization and harmonization. An operating model was established, and business leads were rigorously trained in effective process modeling to lay the foundation for continuous improvement.
