Four upstream sources are combined into a single model: Google Ads (cost, clicks, gclid), GA4 (sessions, attributed revenue, default channel grouping), HubSpot CRM (lifecycle stage, deal value), and a Google Sheet for per-channel targets.

The scope of work included connector configuration and access management, calculated fields (ROAS, CAC, CVR, vs. Target) defined in-report so charts stay portable, and a multi-page layout (Executive Overview, Paid Media, Web Behavior, Pipeline, Targets). The funnel chart traces conversions from ad click to closed deal, so marketing and sales have the same view.

The solution was designed so that a non-technical marketing lead can interpret it without support. It includes pairs with a handoff document covering data sources, calculated field formulas, refresh schedule, and known quirks such as UTM drift and GA4 attribution lag. Sample data is shown for illustration.
