I led the end-to-end development of a custom MES using technologies like C# and .NET, building a Blazor-based UI with live OEE/KPI dashboards, multilingual support (EN/CZ/DE), and REST APIs for traceability and scrap logging. I integrated Power BI for centralized monitoring across 50+ machines. I also designed a relational database architecture and developed 15+ stored procedures for real-time KPIs, including OEE, scrap, yield, and downtime. I automated master-data-driven table creation scripts to reduce manual configuration. Implemented event-driven back-end services for live production tracking.

OUTCOME
The result was a 25% boost in data availability, 30% reduction in manual reporting, and 35% improvement in operator compliance, along with 30% reduction in setup time, improved data accuracy, and a scalable foundation for multi-site MES rollouts across global plants.

Client manufacturing operations lacked automated quality enforcement, resulting in manual tolerance checks, delayed alerts, and poor traceability on the shop floor.

At ABB, I engineered precision quality control modules within the ABB MES platform, defining upper/lower tolerance limits, real-time variable monitoring, and automated quality alerts for immediate breach notification. I also developed custom dashboard pages and regulatory-grade quality reports.

OUTCOME
The result was a significant reduction in quality escapes, an improved regulatory traceability, and a faster root-cause resolution through automated log analysis.

Pharmaceutical and regulated manufacturing clients faced dual challenges: fragmented EBR workflows that created compliance risks and manual workforce tracking that led to payroll errors and poor shop-floor visibility.

I led end-to-end customization of EBR processes with conditional workflows, real-time inspection flags, and data integrity controls. I built SAP/MES integrations via custom IDoc and BAPI configurations, automating material movements and inventory reporting. Simultaneously, I engineered a labor time, attendance, and KPI-linked bonus automation module within HYDRA MES, along with AIP and SMA terminal applications for real-time shop-floor dialog and exception handling.

The result was an over 20% efficiency improvement across key projects, full regulatory compliance, streamlined go-lives, and a measurable reduction in payroll errors for global enterprise clients.
