Grocify is a mobile-first B2C application I co-founded and built from the ground up to solve the friction of modern grocery shopping. The core problem was decision fatigue and a lack of real-time collaboration within households. To address this, I developed a seamless, offline-first mobile app that translates meal planning directly into synchronized, actionable shopping lists.

As the sole architect and lead engineer, I owned the entire product lifecycle—from UI/UX design to infrastructure deployment. I built the mobile application using React Native and Expo, implementing complex multi-screen navigation and strict form validation. To ensure a premium, native-like feel, I created a custom UI design system from scratch.

The most significant technical achievement was engineering a robust offline-first data layer. I implemented a complex sync engine bridging a local SQLite database on the mobile client with a cloud-based PostgreSQL instance via Supabase. This guarantees zero-latency interactions and uninterrupted usage regardless of network conditions. Finally, I self-hosted the back-end infrastructure on a Hetzner server using Docker and Coolify, maintaining full control over performance and data security.

Tribe is an engine empowering community-led businesses, such as IBM, ASUS, and Pipedrive, and a customizable community platform.

I was deeply involved in the process of developing various features for the front-end and back-end layers of Tribe's social platform. Features such as setting custom domain, following posts, or FullStory integration allowed Tribe to gain new customers and increase revenue.
