I negotiated contracts with suppliers and subcontractors while organizing and overseeing program activities, including deployment follow-up and configuration management. I supervised engineering, scheduling, resources, costs, and technical parameters, ensuring the global coordination of this strategic program. I also facilitated communication across divisions and managed governance processes to keep all stakeholders aligned and the project on track.

I led the CAD/PLM team, facilitating knowledge transfer and analyzing compliance between business requirements and the ENOVIA solution. I managed team workloads and oversaw contract follow-up to ensure all deliverables were met in accordance with contractual agreements.

I provided Level II technical support to ensure the proper application of PLM methods and CAD design rules across tools, including CATIA, ENOVIA, 3DVIA Composer, 3DLive, and Cadenas. I also created CAD/PLM training animations for CATIA V5, ENOVIA V5, and 3DLive.

I designed and deployed e-learning training programs tailored to diverse audiences—designers, engineers, and service managers—and addressed a range of needs, including design, monitoring, consultation, and analysis. This approach improved knowledge sharing and supported consistent adoption of PLM methodologies across the organization.
