Credit Repair Company

This was a long-term project that I was a part of for the last five years performing different roles and responsibilities. We built intake forms for their sales and service teams to provide the best user experience and get all information in one place. We managed opportunities, gateway integrations for recurring payments, custom portal integrations, address and email verification integration, and much more.

Custom Portal for a Healthcare Company

In this project, I built a portal where all the caregivers' referrals used to log in to review things. The portal was based on each user's roles and displayed data accordingly. I managed the complete lifecycle from login pages to the home page and calendars.

Claims and Incident Management

This company presents a service that allows users to enter incidents and offers incidents' claims.

We built a portal integrated with a third party that used a SOAP API to log in as just one user and then used Visualforce pages and components to display information accordingly. Supporting almost 35,000 users, everyone had a different role and access levels, which were inbuilt managed. We also built a session management tool in Salesforce to have custom sessions.

Salesforce as a Back End for a Real Estate Company

This was a brand new Salesforce implementation that included everything, from schema design to building a platform where all properties are available for reviewing and that allowed visitors to sign up for and download listings.

Construction Machine Parts' Manufacturing Company

I set up Salesforce CPQ with different product and pricing rules with discounting to make it easier for sales representatives to provide quotes to customers. I also handled DocuSign to allow users to send documents for signing the contracts and manage contract renewals.

Transport Company

This was an implementation for a company using Sales Cloud, HVS, and Marketing Cloud as their CRM tools.

I helped design the solution's architecture and built an integration for their Marketing Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect. I also developed an automation rule and different segmentation types for their marketing journeys.

Bluebeam Software

I worked on Salesforce Community Cloud to enhance the user experience by developing flows and writing Apex classes. These solutions streamlined the user journey, making it more seamless and intuitive for community members.
