Slalom
- Drove a Gen AI initiative at Boston Consulting Group across six work streams to deliver an AI-powered internal knowledge management capability. Established effective delivery practices and managed program budget and forecasts.
- Led a multiyear, multimillion-dollar engagement for Slalom to develop and launch a real-time payment system at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston on AWS GovCloud. Managed a 24-member team, advised senior leaders, and handled account management.
- Spearheaded a complex migration from SugarCRM to Salesforce Billing at Athenahealth, transforming the initiative by building stakeholder trust and optimizing a 20-member distributed team.
