Seprodava is a modern Macedonian classifieds marketplace I architected and built from scratch, covering the Laravel API, Next.js web platform, and a React Native mobile app live on the App Store, with Android currently in closed testing.

The platform powers thousands of active listings across categories, and what sets it apart is the AI layer: sellers can auto-generate polished listing descriptions, and a new conversational AI assistant guides users through creating a complete listing in just a few back-and-forth steps, replacing the traditional long-form with a natural chat flow.

My role spanned product architecture, back-end API design, front-end implementation, mobile app development, AI feature design, and the production infrastructure, keeping it all running. The project showcases full-stack ownership across modern web and mobile stacks with AI deeply integrated into the user experience.

Bepay is a cashless event payment platform I designed and built. It is currently live and actively processing real-money transactions for events across Macedonia. The system spans a Laravel API, Next.js dashboard, and a React Native mobile app shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.

The platform serves multiple coordinated user roles. Attendees top up their credit via their credit card and use the app to purchase tickets and make cashless payments at events. Vendors accept payments through a dedicated app interface. Check-in managers scan ticket QR codes to validate entry. Cashier managers handle on-site cash and card top-ups during events, giving attendees who didn't pre-load credit a fast way in.

My ownership covered architecture, payment gateway integration, the multi-role permission system, QR generation and scanning flows, real-time transaction handling, and the production infrastructure, keeping it all running reliably during live events—where downtime isn't an option.

VacationFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps small and mid-sized companies manage employee leave, including vacation tracking, approvals, balances, and integrations with the tools teams already use. It's currently live in early access with companies onboarded across multiple regions.

I architected and built the platform on a Laravel API and a Next.js front end, designed around a multi-tenant data model in which each company runs in an isolated workspace with its own employees, leave policies, and approval flows. Beyond the core leave management, I integrated Google OAuth verified through Google's security review for Calendar scopes, Google Calendar two-way sync, so approved leave appears on team calendars automatically.

The project demonstrates full ownership of a production SaaS, from multi-tenant architecture and authentication to 3rd-party integrations, transactional email, and the ongoing infrastructure that keeps it reliable for paying-grade workflows.

A connected suite of three web properties I designed and built for the PropertyOne/P1 Group ecosystem in Macedonia, covering public-facing real estate, corporate identity, and an internal team workflow.

PropertyOne (propertyone.mk) is the public listings portal where agents publish properties with rich media, location data, and detailed specifications, paired with an internal CRM that lets the team manage listings, leads, and the ongoing pipeline directly within the same platform.

P1 Group (p1group.mk) is the parent company's corporate site, presenting the broader group's brand, services, and portfolio under a unified identity.
Property One Cowork (propertyonecowork.com) is the dedicated site for the group's coworking space, covering memberships, location info, and availability.

The entire suite runs on a headless WordPress back end with Next.js front ends, giving non-technical editors a familiar WordPress authoring experience while delivering the speed, polish, and component flexibility of a modern React stack. I own the architecture, builds, hosting, and ongoing maintenance across all three properties.
