I developed a game-changing solution to automate project bidding to clients and sourcing to partners done by a client. This completely modernized their processes, reduced sales rep time, and captured critical data that was used for analysis and better decisions going forward.

This project combined a Microsoft Outlook add-in, a website written in MVC framework, C# console back-end processes to route emails between the client and their partners, and an integration with Salesforce using APIs to create opportunities and edit attributes.

The solution also included a website to search projects utilizing Azure Search technology to deliver results in seconds against non-structured data

I developed a complete end-to-end solution to consolidate client's business data from multiple systems, loads them into a SQL database, and sets up Tableau reports to visualize and easily access them.

The client was able to view their key business metrics easily and always have up-to-date information. The reports saved hours of manual effort by accounting and other teams.

I used SQL Server Integration Systems, Salesforce Apex Loader, Tableau Online, and third-party software to integrate with QuickBooks.

I developed a customer classification system that accurately classified the client's customer base into different segments as needed by the client based on the demographic data points available (company website, company name, NAICS, and so on).

This rules-based system was implemented in SQL Server. It would capture and store the classification options available for a data record and ultimately pick a winner based on a scoring algorithm. This process was critical as it was used for prospect assignments across multiple business units.

I assisted a client in organizing and cleaning up thousands of contact and account records in a legacy CRM. The purpose was to change the data model as needed for a new CRM that the client was moving to. The data was very messy, and I utilized some Microsoft cloud AI services to assist, including entity recognition, phone number cleansing, and more. I wrote detailed SQL queries to implement rules to adhere to hierarchy and other business rules

I have worked with multiple manufacturing companies on automating their financial dashboards and reports. I have set up pipelines to extract data from their accounting systems (Azure Synapse and SQL Server) and display it in Power BI. I understand many financial concepts and how to work with financial professionals, such as accountants, controllers, and CFOs. Now, instead of passing around Excel documents, the client can simply go to a website and retrieve the information in simple and beautiful reports.

I worked with the equipment rentals division of a major media provider to identify and develop key business metrics by consolidating data from multiple sources and legacy systems in Databricks. The project required significant investigation and problem-solving due to limited documentation and business knowledge. I worked independently with minimal oversight, uncovering how the data was structured, connecting information across systems, and transforming it into meaningful insights and reporting for leadership. I validated the numbers with legacy systems and existing reports
