Antoine is an engineer who specializes in cloud architecture (AWS, OpenStack), highly available and multisite infrastructures, DevOps/SRE, and microservice architecture on Kubernetes. He can help you create or maintain your cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure (network, databases, distributed storage, Linux, log aggregation, and other common IT tasks), and serverless applications and microservices.

The most amazing...
...thing I've done is redesign a full cloud infrastructure to cut down roughly 65% of the cost while having more customers and clusters (including AWS GovCloud).
Work Experience
DevOps Lead
Pypestream
- Continued our efforts to move towards infrastructure/configuration as code, completely redesigning the cloud infrastructure stack to drastically reduce cost by approximately 65% while having more customers and clusters.
- Contributed to introducing Terraform for all infrastructure changes and Argo CD for automated deployments. Streamlined all internal processes, resulting in faster deployments (from 4-8 hours to roughly an hour) and making them less error-prone.
- Worked with the Pypestream security and compliance team to comply with SOC 2 requirements, and later, for FedRamp (the project was still in the early stages when I left), as we created a production and UAT environment on AWS GovCloud.
DevOps Engineer
Pypestream
- Created, deployed, and configured an entire monitoring stack based on Grafana/Prometheus and Elasticsearch.
- Used Jenkins for all automation workflows, but as everything was configured from the UI, I (together with the former DevOps lead) decided to move towards configuration as code using Git and Jenkins DSL.
- Contributed to daily tasks regarding the infrastructure (OpenStack and AWS), deployment, upgrades, issues, etc.
DevOps | Cloud Architect
Ercom
- Created a SaaS version of the Cryptobox application on AWS.
- Oversaw the CI/CD chain to deploy dev applications across all test environments.
- Implemented an on-premise installation on AWS and BareMetal.
- Automated testing using Jenkins and GitLab CI. Those tests were integrated as part of the CD pipeline.
- Designed a microservices architecture for rolling upgrades.
System Engineer | Cloud Engineer | Developer
ISI.NC
- Created an OpenStack installation with Gentoo Catalyst.
- Designed a microservices architecture on Docker, Hadoop, and Kafka.
- Migrated a database from PostgreSQL to CouchDB (NoSQL).
- Fulfilled IT administration duties on an infrastructure composed of all well-known IT services (mail, DNS, LDAP, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
- Wrote various programs in Java (with Kafka), Python, and Ruby.
Project Engineer
Dalet
- Followed up on a customer integration that needed the Dalet solution.
- Assisted customer IT services to prepare and deploy the Dalet solution.
- Migrated a 100+ server deployment for one of Dalet's biggest customers in Washington, DC.
Experience
SaaS and On-premise Infrastructure for Cryptobox
https://cds.thalesgroup.com/fr/ercom/cryptoboxI created the whole infrastructure solution for both the SaaS (deployed on AWS) and on-premise deployments (bare servers or AWS). Both are automatically deployed (CloudFormation and/or Ansible) and highly available and heavily monitored.
Multisite Big Data Workflow for Mining Sites
The solution consisted of microservices designed around Hadoop, Kafka (with Samza), and on top of Docker (later migrated onto Kubernetes). I helped create the Docker containers and infrastructure and later developed a few microservices (Java).
ISITable | Point of Sale (POS) for Restaurants on Top of Odoo
The module's back end was developed in Python, and the front end was composed of a web page (HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3). Updates and notifications were sent by SSE (as WebSockets had yet to be sufficiently democratized).
