The project involved two phases:
• Large data migration from CSV file stored in network location to Salesforce using

Greenfield Sales and Service Cloud Implementation
The client was a company with several casinos in the UK and Europe. They had a Salesforce instance that they were not using properly. So they wanted us to first analyze it and help them use the Sales and Service Cloud properly. We configured features such as Service Cloud Console, omnichannel, live agent, permissions, and a custom case expiry tracker using Visualforce; configured lead tracking in Salesforce; and developed a custom page using Visualforce and Google Maps for them to view revenue generated at each casino location.
