https://contrataenve.comI built and maintain Remote Venezuela Hiring, a community-curated database tracking which remote companies accept candidates from Venezuela, cutting down the guesswork for the Venezuelan developer diaspora searching for remote work. I designed the full data pipeline: company data lives as YAML files with automated validation, feeding a static site generator that deploys to GitHub Pages on every push via GitHub Actions. I also built the GitHub Issues workflow that lets the community propose and verify new companies. The project grew to 101 companies, including 92 confirmed as remote-friendly for Venezuelan talent, six confirmed as not remote-friendly, and three still under verification. I added filtering by hiring platform (including Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn, and TeamTailor) and by specialty tags, and the directory is continuously maintained through community contributions and pull requests.
