At Aiõn Technologies, I designed and led the delivery of a production AI voice agent for Beko Egypt. I used LangGraph to orchestrate stateful agent workflows, tool calls, validation, recovery, and human handoff, with LiveKit handling real-time call orchestration, audio streaming, and turn detection. The low-latency Arabic and English voice pipeline combined speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, RAG, and text-to-speech. Structured tool calling captured customer, product, address, order, serial number, scheduling, and access details. Approved policies, product guidance, escalation rules, and guardrails kept conversations within supported installation workflows. I integrated the agent with Sirius CX through REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware to create and update CRM tickets, with idempotency, duplicate detection, retries, and fallback handling. I owned the architecture, prompts, CRM field mapping, telephony, observability, QA, and production rollout for 24/7 operation.
Lyrasense Front End | Agentic Geospatial Intelligence
https://lyrasense.comA React/TypeScript notebook workspace for Lyrasense, a geospatial analytics platform where users run Python and render rich satellite outputs in interactive notebooks. I led most of the notebook/CodeEditor implementation, covering block-based editing, Monaco code cells, drag-and-drop ordering, markdown descriptions, execution outputs, and developer/user modes. The hardest part was performance. Each notebook could contain many code blocks, each with a full editor and heavy WebGL maps and charts. I redesigned rendering to stay near 60 FPS by reducing Zustand re-render cascades, debouncing edits, mounting Monaco only when active or near the viewport, lazy-loading map/chart renderers, keeping scroll and layout height, caching off-screen map snapshots, and unmounting WebGL content when far from view to free GPU memory. I built screenshot/export flows for map and chart outputs, such as split-map and overlay-canvas compositing. I deployed AI workflows on top: prompt-to-code, explain/fix shortcuts, diff review, auto-apply modes, execution validation reuse, block descriptions, and tool/proposal auto-apply logic. The result was a scalable notebook UX for geospatial AI work that stayed smooth with large notebooks and visually heavy outputs.

I also built the deep coding assistant pipeline: side-effect-free code proposals, in-place code edits, deterministic patch application, syntax validation, E2B execution validation, automatic fix loops, validation-output reuse so the front end could skip reruns, and safe approval payloads before notebook mutation. I optimized long conversations by compressing tool results using a cheaper Gemini model while preserving critical data such as dataset IDs, bands, AOIs, block IDs, errors, and imagery order IDs. Fix It Right Platform
An enterprise after-sales service platform for home appliance OEMs and ASCs, connecting OEM admins, ASCs, field technicians, and end customers in one operational system. I built and led engineering across ticketing, warranty, SLA enforcement, dispatch, spare parts, inventory, finance, billing, and AI customer service. It included a real-time technician scheduling and geo-routing engine using PostGIS, skill matching, SLA priority, parts availability, and live location to assign jobs to the nearest qualified technician. With a multichannel AI support agent integrated with the WhatsApp Business API, web chat, and IVR/SIP telephony to create tickets, triage issues, provide status updates, escalate edge cases, and confirm resolution. I also delivered a React Native customer app for device registration, service tracking, ETA updates, warranties, and offline sync, as well as a complex Next.js admin portal with role-based access, real-time WebSocket dashboards, SLA monitoring, performance, inventory, and financial reconciliation. I led the product and technical architecture for a self-setup AI customer service agent aimed at restaurants, eCommerce brands, SMBs, and enterprises.
