Designed and built an AI-powered platform that transformed a boutique marketing agency into a scalable, AI-driven operation. The system structured client data, automated content production workflows, and enabled consistent output across multiple clients.

I led the end-to-end design of the data architecture and automation logic, integrating Airtable, Make, and AI models to create a reliable and reusable system. The platform improved efficiency, reduced manual work, and enabled the agency to scale content production without increasing operational complexity.

Designed and built an AI-powered copilot to support sales and operations workflows by transforming unstructured data, such as call transcripts and CRM inputs, into structured insights and actionable outputs. The system enables automated follow-ups, meeting summaries, and data enrichment within the CRM, improving consistency and reducing manual work.

I led the design of the data flow, prompt architecture, and integrations across tools like React, Airtable, n8n, and LLM APIs, creating a scalable layer of intelligence on top of existing systems. The solution improved visibility, standardized processes, and supported better decision-making across teams.

Designed and implemented a referral tracking system to structure and centralize data across CRM and operational tools. The system enabled reliable attribution of referral sources, standardized clinic data, and improved visibility into performance and trends over time.
