I developed Python scripts to integrate with Sage Intacct's API for automated financial reporting and journal entry workflows. The project will extract selected reports from Sage Intacct, transform the data using defined business rules and calculations, and export the results into structured Excel workbooks for review, reconciliation, and audit support. After validation, the scripts will generate and upload drafted journal entries back into Sage Intacct, reducing manual entry, improving accuracy, and accelerating month-end close activities. This solution can support recurring accruals, reclassifications, allocations, variance analysis, account reconciliations, management reporting, intercompany activity, and other finance automation needs that require repeatable data extraction, calculation, documentation, and journal preparation.
