- Drove the successful execution of projects and management of the MICROS department. Performed strategic planning and coordination of team members for Oracle Simphony cloud and on-premise installation.
- Installed and configured Simphony 19.5.2, R&A, and Oracle MICROS hardware, including five Workstation 625X, five thermal printers, and three order devices at Movenpick Hotel Ikoyi by Accor, Nigeria.

Oracle MICROS Simphony Cloud Installation
I implemented Burger King's international standard decision support system (DSS) setup with Oracle MICROS KDS, label printers, and order-ready screens, including DSS file export and POS menu configuration. I installed the KDS and configured its controller, display, toolbar, and bump bar.
Additionally, I configured the Simphony and R&A software application, including properties and revenue centers, menu items, print classes, tender media, serving period, taxes, employee roles, and page design. I also handled POS CAL configuration and other hardware installations, including thermal and label printers, cash drawers, order devices, and customer display screens.
Oracle MICROS Simphony On-premise Installation
I installed, configured, and prepared the Server 2016 operating system for Oracle Simphony installation and MICROS–Opera interface setup. I also installed the Simphony and R&A software and configured the Simphony EMC, including revenue centers, menu items, print classes, tender media, serving period, taxes, employee roles, and page design.
Next, I worked on hardware deployment, Workstation CAL, and configuration of printers and order devices. I also performed property networking, set up, and routing of all the hardware for proper communication.
Finally, I provided Oracle Simphony user training, including POS user training for cashiers, EMC user training for food and beverage supervisors and managers, R&A user training for finance and accounting teams, and an Oracle Simphony guide for general support.
