AI Customer Support Agent
I built an AI-powered customer support system that automates phone-based conversations using Twilio and advanced voice AI. Calls are transcribed using speech recognition, processed with ChatGPT via LangChain and RAG for context, and replied to using Eleven Labs’ realistic text-to-speech. The platform enables fluent, human-like interactions in real-time. The web layer is built in WordPress, using custom REST APIs to communicate with the Python-based backend services. The full stack is containerized with Docker, deployed on GCP using Kubernetes for scalable and reliable performance. This solution replaces traditional call handling with a smart, fully automated voice agent, improving both speed and accuracy. My client wanted to convert a high-fidelity user experience design into WordPress, involving some advanced animations and a high score on Google PageSpeed Insights (PSI). I created the HTML from the design and converted it to a WordPress custom theme using Advanced Custom Fields. It has a score of over 90 for both desktop and mobile on Google PageSpeed Insights.

https://www.ohm.health/I worked as a full-stack integration specialist for Ohm Health’s eCommerce platform built on Webflow. The goal was to unify customer data tracking, analytics, and marketing automation across multiple tools.
MY CONTRIBUTIONS
• Implementing accurate event tracking for Page View, Add to Cart, Viewed Product, and Purchase using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4.
• Integrating Klaviyo to sync checkout form data and automate personalized email flows.
• Auditing and cleaning the Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup to remove duplicate events and ensure data reliability.
• Configuring Stripe for secure checkout and ensuring consistent data flow between Webflow, Stripe, and Klaviyo.
