A Canvas app to see all existing auction items with an option to view and edit the items and upload images and documents to Azure Blobs. The system notifies the client about the action taken under an auctioned item and tracks item activity. It also allows the assigning and reassigning of an item to a specialist.

I developed back-end jobs to send reminders about overdue items, send notifications of different stages, and fetch documents and images from Azure Blobs. I also managed administrator activities like adding and removing users, assigning roles, and setting overdue time limits from the administrator section.

Migration of sites and subsites including list, libraries, Nintex forms, Nintex workflow, Roles and Permission and site structure to new SharePoint online environment suing ShareGate tool.

Revamp the complex Nintex Forms with responsive designer approach, migrate the Nintex Forms with Large list data, lookup, calculated and repetitive columns to Nintex Online. Integrated with external ERP systems and API to fetch data on form for validation purposes.

Automate different manual process using Nintex workflow and scheduled jobs.

Knowledge Management Portal where people can collaborate, upload, share & documents on public and private level.

Portal contents community wise discussion forum categorized with the help of discussion topics, manage section which is document repository to upload and download the documents and Search center to get the optimized result.

Document and record management is handled with SharePoint Online. Developed different level of dashboard to represent the data based on different categories like Department, FY, Community etc.
