Customers' jobs are posted on other job boards (CL, Indeed, Monster, and Simply Hired), and the site tracks how many good applicants come from each source in order to promote the job as efficiently as possible. The main parts of the application are its server side RoR, map on the client's side, and API for posting to other jobs sites.
