Robot ICT
- Developed the ticket-management system. The robot scans the portals of telco providers and checks their systems for any updates or new entries of customer tickets. Those changes are then collected and transferred to the network owner and passed on to the service desk team. Because of this solution, the employees don´t have to check the updates manually and can focus on dealing with actual cases that have been updated recently.
- Created a data mining robot. Browse, collect, store, and sort the job opportunities offered by different companies based on input parameters. It's useful to keep track of the market situation while looking for new opportunities for your talents.
- Implementation RPA using chatbots.
- Worked with other platforms including BluePrism and Automation Anywhere.
- Wrote custom activities for UiPath using C#.

Arbes Technologies
- Developed a robot to perform automated testing. For this application in the development stage, there were requested scripts that made sure that no human tester had to test the whole app across over and over again. The robot tested both the front-end and back-end. Those scripts saved hundreds of hours so far and they are saving more every week.
- Built a robot to deploy new versions of the system. The robot deploys the new version of the decision system solution with all relative tasks, updates the SVN, informs the users, and upholds deployment best practices and structure.
- Integrated RPA with REST services.
- Wrote the full analysis for the projects delivered.
- Conducted software testing with a focus on detail.

Form Filler
The requirement was to create a robot that is able to fill a form. This form is filled by custom data around fifteen times a day and it takes around five minutes to fill one of them. The robot is able to fill it in less than half a minute and the QA team can focus on more tasks that require more human logic.
Decision System Deployment
The robot deploys the new version of the decision system solution with all relative tasks, update the SVN, inform the users, and uphold deployment best practices and structure.
