As lead architect and developer, I directed the design and implementation of the Matthews Asia global website platform using Episerver CMS, unifying five regional sites (the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, global, and institutional) under a single, scalable architecture. I engineered a robust multisite framework that supports localization and internationalization, enabling dynamic adaptation of content, navigation, and regulatory disclosures by region and jurisdiction.

The solution featured a location selector and flexible jurisdiction toggles for page content and footer fields, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural context. I led the development of over 25 reusable content modules, optimized the data architecture for improved performance and scalability, and integrated GDPR-compliant cookie consent management through OneTrust.

The platform delivered a cohesive global brand experience, empowering local teams to manage region-specific content. Throughout the project, I gained a deep understanding of financial markets, including working with CUSIPs. I mastered advanced localization, from region-specific monetary formats to jurisdiction-based content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all global sites.

As lead architect and developer, I designed and implemented the new Navis global website platform on Episerver CMS, creating a scalable foundation for international expansion and multisite support. The solution consolidated multiple legacy sites into a unified architecture and streamlined content management across more than 400 migrated pages.

I engineered flexible templates, reusable content modules, and advanced workflows to reduce editorial overhead while enabling region-specific messaging and personalization. Multi-language and multisite features supported global rollout, including localized content structures, flexible taxonomies, and customer journey-based personalization rules tailored to market and regional expectations.

The platform enabled multi-region publishing, allowing the website to adapt seamlessly to the needs and requirements of international users. This project strengthened my expertise in implementing robust multi-language support, structuring templates, workflows, and localization rules to ensure a consistent global user experience.

Led the end-to-end migration of Moonstone’s privately hosted client web infrastructure from an on-premises data center to AWS, applying expertise gained through my AWS Certified Solutions Architect credential. The legacy environment consisted of bare metal servers running Hyper-V, Windows Datacenter, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux systems, and perimeter security via Dell SonicWall. I designed and executed a phased migration into a secure Amazon VPC, modernizing the platform with Amazon Linux 2023 instances for individual WordPress sites, Windows Server 2022 instances for .NET applications, and Amazon RDS for SQL Server to improve reliability and reduce administrative overhead. Implemented Elastic Load Balancing, AWS WAF, and CloudFront to enhance performance, scalability, and security. The project improved uptime, disaster recovery readiness, operational efficiency, and created a scalable hosting foundation for future client growth.
