- Architected a configuration schema and pipeline using a polymorphic entity that supported multiple value types (text, URL, JSON, HTML), centralizing customer-specific configuration and enabling consistent downstream consumption in Salesforce.
- Led the technical implementation and integration of Athena ↔ Salesforce by bridging Athena package data with Salesforce Charge Tables and insurance plan records, enabling accurate pricing and estimates based on employer and insurance coverage.
