I led the end-to-end migration of supply chain and extended warehouse management (EWM) workstreams, training new team members to ensure consistent implementation of Syniti methodologies and best practices. I translated functional requirements into technical specifications, effectively bridging business and technical teams.

As a result of our efforts, we delivered complex supply chain and EWM conversion objects with high accuracy and efficiency, and empowered project teams and clients to fully leverage ADMM capabilities, enhancing overall project performance.

I co-created, architected, and engineered the Verify app at Pfizer. The app featured inventory and fixed assets reconciliation dashboards, high-level table count comparison, progress status tracking, and comprehensive reporting. I streamlined the data migration process and minimized discrepancies by providing clear and actionable insights throughout the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This involved leading multiple data migration implementations for supply chain modules, including MM, IM, PP, QM, WM, and APO, which involved overseeing the entire migration lifecycle, from initial planning and design to compatibility across various modules. I ensured data accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.

My work included managing over 17 full-cycle implementations, including scope prioritization and cross-workstream dependencies, and coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resources. The Verify app streamlined the data migration, identified discrepancies early, and enhanced overall data integrity.
