Experience

High-rise Residential Building

I directed the full development of a residential project, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to design and dimension all infrastructure systems, and DIALux to perform lighting calculations for the garage areas. The project involved an estimated demand of approximately 250 kVA, with low-voltage panels designed to supply the entire building complex.

The project required critical analysis to deliver a solution that met the development's power needs and complied with regional and national standards, as well as the local utility's requirements. The adopted solution included an underground medium-voltage network supplying three 300 kVA pad-mounted transformers, which would then distribute power to the residential blocks.

São Paulo Metro

In this project, I was responsible for as-built updates on two lines of the São Paulo Metro system. My duties included revising and updating issued documentation and applying BIM standards to facilitate data extraction from the model for future preventive maintenance. I worked exclusively with Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) throughout the project.
