Experience

Airtable | Legal Operations Management Platform

Designed and built a fully relational legal operations platform in Airtable to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual workflows for a boutique law firm managing 50+ active cases. I acted as a solo builder and owned the end-to-end architecture, including schema design, data modeling, automation logic, and API-driven implementation.

I developed a hub-and-spoke data model across 7 interconnected tables with 140+ fields and bidirectional relationships, enabling a single source of truth for clients, tasks, hearings, documents, and financials. I also implemented 16 formula fields for real-time deadline tracking, cost estimation, and operational insights, along with 5 event-driven automations handling alerts, follow-ups, and stalled processes.

Finally, I used a hybrid implementation strategy combining Airtable REST API (around 80%) and manual configuration (about 20%) to overcome platform limitations.

The system eliminated manual tracking, reduced operational overhead by 10+ hours per week, and provided full visibility into deadlines, case status, and financial performance.

Bidirectional Sync Engine | Monday.com and Azure DevOps

Redesigned and implemented a bidirectional synchronization engine between Monday.com and Azure DevOps to replace an unstable automation that caused looping updates, inconsistent data, and manual reconciliation.

I architected an orchestrated workflow in Make.com triggered via webhooks, introducing state tracking and payload logging to ensure idempotency and prevent circular updates. I also implemented data validation and normalization layers before execution, followed by a rule-based routing engine to determine create, update, or archive actions across both platforms.

Finally, I structured the workflow into isolated execution paths for different update scenarios (tasks, epics, ownership, and status), ensuring consistency and fault isolation.

The result was a reliable, real-time sync system that eliminated manual corrections and maintained alignment between both project management environments at scale.
