I pioneered the deployment of model context protocol (MCP) servers, standardizing the context exchange between LLMs and internal data tools to ensure seamless interoperability.

Key contributions included designing scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to extract and structure complex data from unstructured financial and legal documents with high precision. Modernized the core Genius loyalty program engine by migrating legacy Perl monoliths to scalable, high-performance Java/Spring microservices. This critical system required handling millions of active daily users without downtime.

I engineered a real-time event streaming architecture using Apache Kafka and AWS, replacing legacy batch-based user promotion workflows with low-latency, event-driven solutions.
