An emerging multinational eCommerce platform wanted to leverage the Salesforce platform, including sales and marketing cloud features, to digitize seller information and customer engagements to attain the below pain points:

• Engaging and procuring customer base.
• Regional promotional email.
Solution Implemented
Integrated core-system with the sales cloud to gather information on top sellers based on regional criteria and created a highly configurable tool for the regional team to enter their seller's filter points. These are then applied to the seller's information to generate KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly, visualized through reports. The functionality provided allowed the regional team to create survey information for developing dynamic templates in the sales cloud and the marketing team to trigger surveys via the marketing cloud, track customer responses, and sync with the sales cloud.
Each step involves various customer lifecycle journeys to engage and nurture customers. Automations are in place to notify customers of upcoming sales and offers on eCommerce platforms.
