I was in charge of designing To-Be processes across Qantas Airways, Qantas Holidays, Qantas Catering, and regional airlines. As accounts payable team lead, I managed a team of 10 people and was in charge of the inbound and outbound interface design of over 25 interfaces, streamlining processes.
