KleidiFlow – Hospitality Operations & Property Management SaaS

KleidiFlow is a multi-tenant hospitality operations SaaS built for independent hotels, studios, guesthouses, and boutique properties. I designed and developed the platform to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual workflows with a centralized system for reservations, availability, guest management, check-ins, payments, and reconciliation. The product uses a React/Next.js mobile-first interface with a Java and Spring Boot backend, PostgreSQL, and Supabase authentication. I implemented tenant isolation, role-based access, audit trails, guest profiles and history, reservation concurrency controls, pricing rules, payment ledgers, CSV interoperability, self-check-in workflows, and integration-oriented architecture using ports/adapters and transactional patterns. The platform is designed to simplify daily property operations while remaining lightweight enough for smaller hospitality businesses.
