I built a Power Apps canvas application to digitize the company's vacation and leave request process. Employees submit requests directly through the app, including supporting attachments, which are stored in SharePoint document libraries used as the app's data source.

The approval workflow is organization-aware: requests are automatically routed to the correct supervisor based on each employee's position in the company's Azure AD and Entra ID hierarchy, with a notification email sent from the requester to their supervisor. Once a supervisor approves or denies a request, the system automatically notifies both the employee and HR, eliminating manual follow-up and ensuring consistent recordkeeping across teams and locations.

I designed and built an end-to-end digital filing solution for Nevis regulatory submissions, replacing a manual, paper-heavy process. The portal, built with Microsoft Power Pages and backed by Dataverse, allows clients to submit and staff can track requests online, processing approximately 2,000 annual submissions for four consecutive years.

Behind the portal, an RPA workflow built with Power Automate Desktop files each approved request on the Nevis regulator's official website, removing the need for manual data entry. Once filed, the automation downloads the confirmation evidence (PDFs), archives them to SharePoint, and uploads the corresponding documents to the company's CRM under each entity's profile, closing the loop from submission to regulatory confirmation without manual intervention at any stage.

I developed an end-to-end records management system for a document storage company, combining RFID hardware with custom software. The system integrates a .NET Web API that connects to O'Neil, a 3rd-party document management platform, synchronizing account and client data between O'Neil's flat data structure and a normalized SQL Server schema built to support multi-level client hierarchies.

RFID tracking is handled through a custom middleware layer built for Zebra RFID hardware, enabling box- and folder-level tracking as items move through intake, storage, retrieval, and delivery. The front end is a Next.js web application providing real-time visibility into inventory location, movement history, and client-level records, replacing manual, paper-based tracking with automated, traceable workflows.

Full stack: C#/.NET API, SQL Server, Next.js/React, Zebra RFID middleware, deployed on a Linux server with production-grade security hardening.
