Project History
Client 360 View Application | Bank of Georgia
I developed the back end of a web-based application for the Bank of Georgia's CRM system, providing employees with a 360-degree view of client data. Using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, I focused on ensuring seamless access to all client information in one place, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency. The goal is to help employees quickly retrieve the necessary client details for enhanced service and satisfaction.
App for Registration of Non-resident Clients | Bank of Georgia
For the Bank of Georgia's CRM system, I played a dual role in developing and analyzing the back end of a new web-based application designed for the registration of non-resident clients. Initially, I was involved in analyzing the complexities and inefficiencies in the existing client onboarding process, which was both cumbersome and time-consuming, often taking several days. Leveraging this analysis, I developed a streamlined and automated registration process that significantly reduced the onboarding time.
Power BI Dashboards | Liberty Bank Georgia
Liberty Bank is one of the leading banks in Georgia. I built hundreds of Power BI dashboards for the company that performs complex business analyses to enable the bank to forecast its most profitable investments.
App for Registration of Legal Entities | Bank of Georgia
For the Bank of Georgia's CRM system, I developed the back-end of a new web-based application for the registration of legal entities with a complex structure for the CRM system, optimizing the client registration and onboarding process.
