Experience
Canadian Real Estate app
Propcan is a Canadian real estate intelligence platform designed to compete with industry leaders such as Realtor.ca and Zillow. It delivers transparent property data, including valuations, past sale histories, and neighborhood trends, empowering buyers, realtors, and homeowners to make smarter decisions. As Technical Lead, I architected and implemented the full stack—from a Next.js front end and Node.js back end to a PostgreSQL database and AWS infrastructure—while directing a 3-member engineering team and managing direct client coordination. I also optimized Realtor.ca DDF API integrations and AWS Lambda pipelines, achieving enterprise-grade performance on a lean $240/month infrastructure budget. Propcan showcases a balance of scalability, usability, and cost-efficiency, establishing itself as a competitive, data-driven property tech solution in the Canadian market.
AI-based Veterinary Report Translation Engine
https://www.smartvetai.comSmartVet AI is an AI-powered veterinary platform that translates complex diagnostic reports into two outputs: one for veterinarians and another, a simplified version, for pet owners. The platform helps clinics improve client communication, enhance understanding, and streamline follow-ups. As the sole developer, I designed and implemented the full system architecture, comprising a Next.js front end, Node.js back end, and AWS infrastructure, which integrated OpenAI APIs for language translation, Auth0 for secure authentication, and Stripe for payments. I collaborated directly with the founding DVM to refine clinical prompt logic, ensuring that translations maintained both medical accuracy and an empathetic tone. The result was a fully autonomous, client-managed SaaS platform with intuitive admin tools, enabling veterinarians to operate independently and scale their digital services.
AI-based Peptides Knowledge Platform and Recommendation Engine
MyPeptides is a conversational AI platform that provides personalized peptide recommendations based on users’ health profiles, wellness goals, and biological data. Designed as both an educational assistant and a recommendation engine, it integrates affiliate links and marketplace capabilities to bridge consumers with trusted vendors. As Co-Developer, I co-architected the system’s core functionality, implementing a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline trained on a curated peptide knowledge base to deliver accurate, context-aware suggestions. I also integrated the GoHighLevel B2B API for seamless marketplace deployment and built a HIPAA-compliant AWS + Supabase architecture, ensuring data security and regulatory alignment. My contributions enabled MyPeptides to evolve from a prototype into a scalable, compliant, and commercially deployable AI wellness solution.
Data Warehouse for Business Insights
https://app.data4life.careI collaborated with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements to architect a data warehouse for the company using design documents in a remote setup. Once the architecture was finished, I worked with fellow engineers to implement the event-driven data pipelines.
AI-based Legal Translations Platform
https://app.juree.ioThis platform is an AI-powered legal translation system designed to handle complex, domain-specific documents with precision, context awareness, and compliance — outperforming generic solutions like DeepL or Google Translate. It enables legal professionals to translate contracts, affidavits, and official records while preserving legal intent and formatting integrity. As Product Lead, I spearheaded the research, design, and development of the platform, architecting a secure Node.js, React, and AWS infrastructure and designing a custom legal document editor that supports annotations, seals, and QR-based verification. I collaborated closely with legal experts to fine-tune AI models for jurisdictional accuracy and guided the engineering team through iterative prompt optimization and compliance workflows.
GreenSwap API | Manage and Track Carbon Footprint for Food Products and Recipes
I single-handedly architected and implemented the GreenSwapp API. The API is used to track the carbon footprint of food products and recipes and was written with Go, gRPC, and the PostgreSQL database. I also created user payment and checkout APIs and collaborated with front-end engineers to implement an online grocery delivery app.
Digital Health | Data Sharing Between Patients and Doctors
https://app.data4life.careI led a company-wide OKR to enable patients to share end-to-end encrypted data with their doctors. By scanning a patient-generated QR code or going to a URL and entering a PIN provided by the patient, the doctor could access the patient's information from an end-to-end encrypted platform.
The project involved layering an encryption protocol on top of OAuth 2.0, enabling user research by rapid prototyping, and collaborating with third parties for penetration testing.
The project involved layering an encryption protocol on top of OAuth 2.0, enabling user research by rapid prototyping, and collaborating with third parties for penetration testing.
JavaScript SDK for Third-parties End-to-end Encryption
https://app.data4life.careAs part of the team, I implemented an end-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge healthcare platform for patients and a JavaScript SDK executing the designed encryption protocols. Partners and third parties would later use this SDK to send encrypted healthcare data to the platform and decrypt that data according to FHIR standards.
Angular-Spring Web Portal
I developed a user management portal for a company operating in the healthcare industry, using AngularJS and the Java Spring framework. This portal forms an interface for doctors and nurses that gives them access to all patient details and records and helps them organize their tasks and appointments. The app was presented to CEOs of many medical organizations and was highly appreciated.
Proprietary Digital Receipt Delivery System for POS Systems
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7xlQhfnNIUI created a receipt delivery system to integrate with a point of sales systems at restaurants and grocery stores. The customer could tap their phone on the device at the cash counter and receive the receipts digitally on their phones.
Integration of a Payments API with a Platform
I integrated the Razorpay payments API with the Babajob job platform. This involved working as a full-stack developer to make changes on the front end and handle the required API callback on the back end.
