Experience

Self-evaluation Platform for Education Institutions

I led the frontend architecture for a nationwide institutional self-evaluation platform used by over 50,000 institutions, with evaluators at the district, provincial, and central levels. The system supports six-tier approval workflows, dynamic questionnaires, activity planning from assessment results, and year-over-year reporting with Chart.js visualizations.

I owned the React and Next.js front end: hierarchical roles from staff through central admins, multi-step approvals, document upload and validation as evidence, and tight integration with the back-end API.

I also set up Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring so we could see issues affecting the national rollout and cut time-to-resolution on critical bugs. Stack included TypeScript, Chakra UI, Jotai, React Query, Zod, React Hook Form, Cypress, and Docker.

The project needed a disciplined state across many roles and workflows, keeping aggregation and charts usable at a national scale, and designing UI that worked for both technical central admins and remote institutional staff with uneven connectivity.

FlowStep SaaS Platform

As a lead front-end developer on FlowStep, a SaaS platform for cross-functional teams to collaboratively design REST APIs, I directed the UI and client-side architecture.

I built WebSocket-backed collaboration so remote and co-located teams could design APIs together, a Model Builder for data properties, parameters, objects, arrays, and JSON Schemas, and flows that generate OpenAPI specs, JSON samples, and API docs, with Swagger UI for interactive exploration.

I also shipped Storybook docs for the component library and heavy optimistic updates so the app felt native despite network latency.

I deepened my OpenAPI and complex schema visualization skills and improved build times by eliminating recursive imports through aliases and structural changes.

KlikHoreca eCommerce Platform

I developed front-end features for KlikHoreca, an eCommerce platform for food and groceries. Work included product categorization, search, cart logic, and checkout flows, as well as multiple payment gateways and a points-based loyalty program on the front end. I used Next.js SSR heavily, so product pages indexed well in search, and I integrated Facebook and Google OAuth for social login. Cart state across sessions, mid-checkout stock changes, and syncing totals with back-end pricing reinforced server-side validation as the source of truth. Payment failures, partial refunds, and gateway timeouts needed solid retry logic and clear error states for users.

Dokodemo-Kerja Mobile App

I built Dokodemo-Kerja, a React Native mobile app for attendance and productivity management that helps organizations manage remote employees.

In this project I implemented GPS geolocation tracking with background task management for location updates, navigated platform-specific permission models, addressed battery constraints, and handled edge cases involving location spoofing on both iOS and Android.

I also owned the full App Store and Google Play deployment lifecycle, including code signing, store listing optimization, and handling review rejections through to approval.

Project Management Platform

I led the front-end development of an internal project management web app for a national government ministry, covering event planning, participant management, financial reimbursement, and reporting. I built role-specific dashboards for administrators, organizers, and participants; a secure reimbursement workflow with document upload, validation, and admin verification; and QR code generation and scanning for attendance and document checks. The UI is integrated with external financial processing systems. Strict TypeScript caught edge-case bugs early in a large codebase and made aggressive refactors safer. Modular component design was essential, so calendars, financial forms, and admin tools could evolve without becoming unreadable.

AI-assisted Customer Support System

I built the front end for an AI-assisted support platform for a national government ministry, handling thousands of conversations monthly across web chat and WhatsApp. Users get instant OpenAI-powered answers with a seamless handoff to live agents when queries get complex. I integrated the language model for context-aware responses about educational systems and built a WebSocket (Socket.IO) live-agent path with careful handling of disconnects, reconnects, and message ordering. I also shipped admin tools for tickets, roles, chatbot message customization, and session timeouts, and designed the architecture for multiple channels. The main technical wins were resilient real-time chat and proving Jotai's atomic state was simpler and faster than Redux for nested, real-time UI.

SimplyVest

https://simplyvest.xyz
This was a hackathon project for participating in the Solana blockchain ecosystem. I built SimplyVest from scratch, including a tokenized equity vesting platform on Solana for issuing, managing, and live-claiming vesting schedules. Users get a Web2-first experience (email or Google via Privy, with no crypto wallet required) backed by an Anchor on-chain program with PDA-custodied vaults for linear, cliff, and milestone schedules. I owned the full-stack monorepo: React dapp, Hono API on Cloudflare Workers with D1 and Drizzle, Anchor program, TypeScript SDK, marketing site, docs, and Storybook, as well as 16 CI/CD workflows for build, test, lint, typecheck, and deploy. On-chain work covered eight instructions for time-based and milestone-gated vesting. Off-chain, a cron reconciler syncs on-chain stream state every 15 minutes. My involvement spanned product architecture, Solana program and SDK, auth UX that hides seed phrases and gas, and the CI pipeline across all apps.
