Architected and scaled an AI-driven healthcare platform serving 2+ million patients across 900+ hospitals across multiple cancer screening and care programs. I led back-end architecture and distributed system design, building secure multitenant infrastructure, and automated patient communication workflows and integrations with enterprise healthcare systems such as Epic EHR.

The platform helps detect cancer at early stages, enables doctors to manage personalized care plans, and automates follow-up workflows for patients. I also optimized PostgreSQL performance, redesigned the audit logging infrastructure using OpenSearch, and built scalable AWS services using SQS, SNS, Pinpoint, EC2, and S3 to reliably support high-volume clinical operations.

Lumoscore – A Web3 Multi-chain Asset Platform

Architected and developed a Web3 multi-chain asset platform supporting Stellar and XRP networks with scalable real-time infrastructure for digital asset management. I designed the back-end architecture, implemented provider-agnostic abstraction layers with automatic failover across the Horizon, Stellar Expert, and Ankr APIs, and built scalable caching systems for live market data across 400+ assets.

The platform supports token creation, transfers, swaps, and real-time asset analytics while maintaining high availability and performance. I also optimized blockchain data synchronization workflows and designed the system to support future multi-chain expansion with minimal architectural changes.

Aviation Safety Management Platform

Built an aviation safety management system from scratch for operators, safety teams, pilots, technicians, and executives. The platform included core aviation safety workflows such as FRAT, MRAT, ORAT, hazard reports, safety reports, bulletins, policy acknowledgments, dashboards, and role-based access. I designed the application architecture, database structure, Supabase back end, authentication and authorization model, and front-end workflows. I also implemented staging and production deployment setup, tenant-aware data access, security improvements, and beta-readiness planning so the system could be tested by real aviation teams and extended safely over time.

Distributed Patient Communication System

Built and improved a distributed healthcare communication system for automated patient outreach and appointment-related messaging. The system used AWS services such as SQS, SNS, Pinpoint, EC2, and S3 to process communication jobs reliably at scale. My involvement included designing back-end workflows, handling asynchronous message processing, improving delivery reliability, and integrating communication flows with patient and appointment data. I also worked on making the system more fault-tolerant and easier to monitor.
