Experience

Amplify and AWS Optimization

https://www.sgsco.com/
A media company needed to automate the entire delivery of dedicated instances with GPU acceleration for developers/users to test an in-house engine and game. The solution included Amplify, AWS AppSync, AWS Lambda, and EC2 instances matching user profiles. A combination of AWS architecture and Amplify for full-stack development was used. Some services utilized are Amazon CloudFront, SNS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB (parameters for users settings), Application Load Balancer, matching the user's ID with the correct target group, and AppSync for API centralization.

All the back end was created using serverless technologies such as Lambda and DynamoDB. The project includes automatically deleting idle services/resources for the user disconnecting the main portal. The front end has been deployed with Amplify.

Senior DevOps | Automation on Azure

WayScript is an internal developer platform (IDP) for internal tools. It makes it easy for developers and people who code to write and deploy secure code for their team's internal tools, data pipelines, and analytics. I managed to automate the entire process of how the core application works in Azure. Currently, customers are choosing Azure as a second cloud provider, and as part of the engagement with Toptal, I have designed the infrastructure following the best practices. Also, I've worked on the code for Terraform and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for the entire implementation.

Spring Boot Pipeline

https://github.com/jbernal62/azure-spring-boot-pipeline/tree/master
Automation for Spring Boot applications on Azure using CI/CD cloud-native services.

The client could provide a better experience for end users and customers using cloud-native technologies such as web apps.
