Design a marketplace for off-road parks in the US based on Odoo Enterprise 18. ​Georgia's Iron Mountain is located off Highway 52 in Dahlonega, Georgia, in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. We are a 4,300-acre outdoor recreation facility featuring over 150 miles of scenic off-road routes to explore!

I led the full customization of the Odoo ERP Sale module for Dish.co, a METRO company, integrating advanced subscription management and external eCommerce workflows.

The project included multi-variant subscription plans, bundling digital and hardware products, and automated lifecycle management for upgrades, downgrades, and renewals.

A custom API synchronized Odoo with Dish eCommerce and migration from Salesforce CRM, real-time pricing policy across 15 countries, order processing, and tax compliance. Business automation improved the fulfillment of software and hardware, country-specific catalogs, and sales workflows.

This system, used daily by 6,000+ users, streamlines operations, reduces manual work, and scales across multiple markets.

The project focuses on implementing a custom Odoo module to optimize production workflows and implement a robust traceability system that enhances supply chain visibility while ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. An end-customer portal was developed on Odoo to allow brands and consumers to verify each shopping bag's origin, materials, and production details by scanning a QR code and retrieving authenticated blockchain records for full transparency.

In a transformative journey spanning three months, I spearheaded the revival of a faltering project centered on "The first integrated and collaborative web solution for sustainability assessment" using Odoo. Faced with a legacy of erroneous code from the prior team, my dedicated efforts led to a remarkable turnaround. I methodically addressed a myriad of bugs that had permeated the system, instilling stability and functionality into the solution.

With persistent and meticulous debugging, I orchestrated a profound transformation, converting a chaotic landscape of issues into a coherent and reliable tool. This triumphant evolution culminated in the deployment of the rejuvenated solution to esteemed clients, including industry giants such as Disney, which recognized its value.

My contribution to this project exemplified a rapid and comprehensive redemption, underlining my prowess in problem-solving and technical acumen. The successful deployment of the revitalized tool stands as a testament to my ability to steer complex projects to success, even in the face of substantial challenges.

An Odoo-based application for the staff, teachers, and students of the "Conservatoire Royal de Liège." It allows management of the studies and resource planning such as locals and material. The application has many custom modules with both back-end and front-end customization.

Creative Media, a group of companies focused on web content and advertising campaigns, faced challenges while implementing Odoo in a multi-company setup. I stepped in and expedited their progress, helping them achieve their targets within weeks instead of months. Through my expertise in Odoo implementation and customization, I provided strategic guidance, streamlined their processes, and ensured smooth operations across their multiple entities. By leveraging my knowledge and experience, I enabled Creative Media to maximize the potential of Odoo, accelerating their growth and delivering tangible results in a remarkably short timeframe.

A construction company needed a simple yet powerful tool to manage its team schedules. The tools allow managers to manage teams and team participants with constraints on their skills and availability. It also enables the company manager to better anticipate the project schedule and is available to all company staff. A link to their project management software and ERP reduced the encoding effort.

I set up a complete report generation process using the SAP BO platform that generates more than 100 reports, in three languages, within three days following the end of the period. The project includes managing the data warehouse schema with slow-changing dimensions and multiple history to keep track of all changes to the data. Data sources included the internal DB, accounting software, and Bloomberg Datasource.
