I worked at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring strategic goals were translated into valuable product features through well-defined user stories.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation | Large US Oil & Gas Company

I implemented a new Salesforce Sales Cloud instance following a legacy organization split. The goals included setting up Sales Cloud, migrating data and metadata from the legacy organization, optimizing processes and tasks across the sales journey, implementing Salesforce CPQ, and retiring legacy credit and risk solutions. The main challenge was gathering requirements, as users were not yet familiar with how to migrate processes from one business unit to another.

MuleSoft implementation for a Major Car Manufacturer

I guided a team of Salesforce developers and QAs to implement end-to-end integrations between Salesforce Auto Cloud, AWS, legacy systems, databases, and SAP for a major car manufacturer in Canada. The main challenge was convincing the customer that the project required a development squad and a dedicated project manager. Initially set up as a time-and-materials engagement, the client struggled to manage the MuleSoft team. As the delivery head, I stepped in as project manager and led the project until a permanent project manager was assigned to continue it.

Data Science Project

We established a project with the client to analyze databases and predict how many vehicle instances would be affected or potentially affected by the new Law 25, initiating mitigation efforts. We developed AI models to clean, sort, and analyze data, generating actionable insights for decision-makers, anticipating issues, and avoiding legal penalties.

Salesforce Health Cloud Integration

I spearheaded the implementation of a MuleSoft and AWS environment for integration, data cleansing, data enrichment, and a data warehouse for a major US-based health services provider. I managed a team of business analysts, mapping text files received from key insurance providers across the United States, and creating functional documentation to support development on MuleSoft and AWS.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation

I led the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud from scratch for a renewable energy company. Over three months, I managed requirements gathering and oversaw the project through to completion. The goal was to implement lead-to-quote processes and centralize customer management in a single system.

Salesforce CRM and CLM Implementation

I led the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Field Service, Apttus/Conga CLM, and DocuSign for a major healthcare services company in Brazil. This was the company's first CRM system. I was hired to recover the project, which had been fully prepaid before its start due to fiscal year-end constraints.

The main challenge was motivating the 3rd-party supplier team responsible for development. I restarted requirements gathering from scratch, ensuring all processes and business needs were accurately captured.

Over 15 months, I successfully implemented the Salesforce products. Subsequently, I also led the implementation of Apttus/Conga CLM and DocuSign, delivering a fully integrated CRM and contract management solution.

Legacy Organization Split and Salesforce Data Migration

I oversaw a project for a major education company in Brazil that partially sold its operations to a competitor. My team and I were hired to split the legacy organization and migrate data and metadata to a brand-new organization.

The main challenge was migrating a massive volume of client and contract files and records, which we successfully completed in four months.
