Project History
Various Projects in my Portfolio Website
http://sasing.devMy delivery spans full-stack, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and API and AI integrations for AU and UK clients, alongside automation estate work refactoring Power Automate flows into reusable, maintainable patterns. My bias is out-of-the-box first, model-driven at the core, custom code only where it earns its place.
Alongside client work, I build and ship my own products. These include an invoicing and timesheet platform for freelancers and small agencies, and a multi-tenant SaaS for SMEs built on React/Vite, Supabase, and Vercel, with RLS-backed tenancy, role-based access, expense and sales dashboards, a POS module, and an AI assistant grounded in live business data. I'm also building a config-driven personal AI command center on Next.js, an AI content engine that pairs competitor monitoring with generated avatar video, and a Node.js content pipeline running on GitHub Actions. Across all of them, I own the full stack, from database and architecture through to deployment.
I read requirements as a solution architect, not just a developer: I care whether a system moves the business forward, not just whether it ships.

Power Automate | Manager's Approval Flow and User Notification
http://sasing.devI designed and implemented a multi-branch approval workflow using Microsoft Power Automate, integrated with Dataverse, to automate internal approval processes and eliminate manual decision-tracking. The solution automatically routes approval requests to managers and triggers different operational actions based on the approval outcome.
SME Technology Services Company | Power Platform Enhancements
http://sasing.devI delivered application enhancements and workflow optimizations within an existing Power Platform solution for a technology-focused SME. I implemented new feature requirements, fixing functional defects and logic issues, enhancing UI/UX components for improved usability, optimizing Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort, and ensuring stability and alignment with business process needs. The improvements increased operational efficiency and improved system reliability for internal users.
Project Engineers Checklist Automation
I designed and deployed a Canvas App with integrated Power Automate flows, reducing manual checklist processing time by 70% for an energy sector client. This is primarily used by field engineers who have checklists of items to follow before they can approve a specific project.
Account Management and Employment System
http://sasing.devAs a senior engineer and solution architect, I led a project related to workforce, employee engagement, and enterprise operations. I directed the design and implementation of a centralized account management and employment tracking system to replace fragmented records and manual processes.
The solution provides structured tracking of organizations, employer engagement activities, participants, and employment outcomes, creating a single source of truth for operational reporting and governance.

Dataverse to Azure SQL Migration
http://sasing.devBuilt a migration pipeline using Azure Data Factory and SQL scripts to sync 50,000+ records, ensuring 99.9% data accuracy and reducing migration effort by 60%.
In the middle, there is processing, like renaming columns and tables to their correct prefixes and naming conventions, before actually importing them into SQL.

Expense App with AI Assistant
http://sasing.devSasDev CRM is a Power Platform expense management project that combines a Dataverse solution with a modern React-based Power Apps Code App. It is designed to handle the full expense lifecycle, including submission, manager approval, finance review, reporting, and role-based access, with a clean dashboard-driven interface and an AI assistant experience for future Copilot integration.
Enterprise AI Chatbot Assistant for a Government Website
http://sasing.devI developed a website, customizing its UI and API integrations, and adding a chatbot trained on an LLM back end to assist users with construction and renovation. I built the solution for an AI startup company with a government client, who wanted to have checklists on the safety and hazards of an area before building anything, whether residential or commercial.
Admin App for - Sales, Expense, Staff Management
http://sasing.devI designed and built a centralized admin application initially focused on expense and sales tracking and staff management, which evolved into a broader AI-enabled retail management platform for insights and reporting. This is one of my few personal projects on which I worked as a hobby.
Automated Invoice Generator
http://sasing.devI architected an n8n and Google Apps Script pipeline to process invoices, auto-generate them, and email them to the respective recipients. The solution reduced processing time from approximately 2 hours per week to under 10 minutes.
Multi-tenant SME Operations Platform
http://sasing.devBuilt a multi-tenant business-management platform for SMEs using React, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel. Implemented tenant-isolated data, three-tier role permissions, sales and expense dashboards, POS functionality, staff management, and an AI assistant grounded in business data. The platform gives businesses one centralized view of their day-to-day operations.
