Headed a building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) team for the world's most extensive Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) installation, conducting over 1,200 scans to ensure precision and seamless trade coordination while tracking and reporting to architect, engineering, and design teams. I collaborated with architects and engineers on key areas like the theater, the main lobby dome, and the level 9 pool deck. I also prefabricated two miles of distinctive caps while aligning critical spaces. Finally, I scheduled, budgeted, and managed a team of seven, including training two new members and developed blueprints and construction documents for submittals.

Coordinated the installation of 5,000 prefabricated components, improving efficiency by collaborating with design teams. I managed the integration of final drawings, ensuring alignment with building framing, backing requirements, and structural support. This coordination was critical to maintaining the waterproof integrity of the structure and facilitating the seamless movement of dynamic elements throughout the park.

Worked hand in hand with an architect, engineering team, and clients to manage the risk of all the prefabrication drawings and coordination of all disciplines, including Howick prefabrication studs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, kitchen, and all material cut sheets for interior and exterior envelope. I headed the prefabrication effort to have 16 model options for clients and four different PODs.
