I contributed to the migration of a large North American real estate platform from a legacy CMS architecture to a modern headless solution using Sitecore XM Cloud and Next.js.

The platform supports more than 24,000 live pages and leverages Sitecore Experience Edge for scalable content delivery. I implemented reusable Next.js components and GraphQL integrations to enable dynamic content rendering and improve overall platform performance.

The migration improved page load performance by 61% and enabled a scalable, composable architecture for future platform growth.

Enterprise Sitecore XP Multisite Platform

I served as a tech lead on the implementation of an enterprise multisite platform using Sitecore XP and Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for a global beauty industry client. The platform consolidated 17 brand websites into a single, scalable CMS architecture while preserving each brand's identity and theme. I designed the content architecture, led the reusable component strategy, engineered Sitecore MVC components, implemented Solr-based search, and delivered a custom C# migration pipeline that imported over 800 articles from a legacy CMS into Sitecore.
