Developed the initial technology and prototype for Smart Omix, a decentralized smartphone-based solution for real-world research. It is an all-in-one, scalable solution that empowers pharmaceutical and life science researchers to build, launch, manage, and analyze clinical studies. As a participant-centric mobile app, it gathers patient-reported and generated data.

I created the app and launched the first two trials on the platform while collaborating with Harvard University, Stanford University, and Anthem. I also expanded the data engineering team to continue to manage, maintain, and support the growing product.

Rune is a core piece of Hammer Of The Gods' technology built in Rust and WebAssembly. It allows developers to create TinyML applications as containers, similar to Docker but on a much smaller scale. It is an orchestration tool for specifying how data should be processed, with an emphasis on machine learning, in a portable and robust way.

I built an initial prototype of Rune, raised funding, and recruited a team of security, Rust, and embedded software within two years.

The primary purpose of a Rune is to give developers working in machine learning and data processing a way to declare how data should be transformed using a high-level, declarative language. Creating a Rune file that defines each processing step and defers their implementation to the Rune runtime replaces the need to write code that manipulates data or requires interaction with complex third-party libraries to receive inputs. This process handles interaction with the outside world and can leverage existing third-party libraries for data manipulation.

Health OS for Anthem is a digital platform that helps untangle complex healthcare processes. It brings together all care stakeholders, patients' siloed health data, and best-in-class solutions to empower a more informed, data-driven provider in making decisions. Health OS simplifies and enhances the patient experience, streamlines administrative tasks, and improves the transition to value-based care.

I explored innovative solutions for Anthem, doc.ai's customer. I was involved in designing and building the first version of Health OS and growing the team internally with the goal of Anthem taking over.
