https://mealsbygrace.orgThis site needed to manage service events for a ministry providing meals to needy families. Volunteers can set up and manage accounts, register for service events, track volunteer hours. I implemented an extensive Google maps interface to allow volunteers to select families to deliver meals to and an admin site allows ministry staff to manage, maintain and report on families being served. It handles over 500 volunteer registrations per week and accepts credit card donations and manages/processes recurring donations on a schedule, comprehensive reports.
It also enforces volunteer limits at three levels and generates name tags, labels, check-in sheets, and other documents for service days along with SMS/MMS/email campaigns and notifications. I did all design and development work along with the implementation. Currently, I'm also hosting and providing support and maintenance.

I built this site to enable special education therapists to input, track, and report on therapy services provided to public school students. The software determines eligibility for Medicaid reimbursement, then sends EDI requests to Georgia Medicaid to process reimbursement payments to school systems. The admin site allows for the management of systems, therapists, students, and school administrators as well as searching, reporting and audit reviews.
